Round Shader Cartridges are used to fill and shade the tattoo after the contour has been made. The needles are arranged along the circumference of the circle, parallel to each other. This is the main difference between Round Shader and Round Liners, where the needles are also arranged along the circumference of the circle, but clustered into a point. With the right spaces between the needles, they provide the perfect ink flow needed for shading and creating tonal transitions. The Kwadron Round Shader guarantees perfect ink injectionunder the skin.

The size of the needles in the cartridge affects the shading and the final result. The SMALLER the needle diameter, the smaller the pixel will be, the softer the overall shading will be, whereas larger needle diameters like 0.35mm (#12) will result in a thicker pixel and stronger shading with a more pronounced texture.
