Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions below before confirming your orders to ATS (SG) PTE LTD or Asia Tattoo Supply (Our/Us/We).
Shipping & Handling
- For local purchases, we deliver with our 3rd party courier. (expect delivery within 1-3 working days)
- For overseas purchases, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS. (expect delivery within 1-2 weeks)
- Shipping fees are to be incurred by Customers. Charges vary according to the package weight, choice of carrier and destination.
- Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after We confirmed We have receive the payment.
- If the ordered product is out of stock, We will contact the Customer for an alternative or the amount will be refunded.
Payment
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- For in-store purchases, payment can be made via Cash, Nets (min. S$20 purchase), PayNow and PayWave (min. S$500 purchase).
- For local purchases, payment can be made via Bank Transfer (Bank Admin Fees to be borne by Customers) and PayNow.
- For overseas purchases, payment can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal and Western Union. (Admin Fees to be borne by Customers)
Customs
- The Customer is responsible for custom fees, import taxes or any other expenses related to international shipments and laws.
- In the unfortunate event that the customs of the destinated country deny entry of the goods and the goods are returned to us, Customers would still have to pay for the shipping fee to and fro.
Returns & Cancel Policy
- Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless it is Our neligance of shipping the incorrect product to Customer.
- We will charge a 10% fee on any cancellation of orders. Shipping fees and Payment Admin Fees will not be refunded.
Warranty
- Tattoo Machines manufactured in Australia, Germany, Sweden and USA are under warranty for 1 year.
- Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and is only valid with proof of purchase.
- If the machine is under warranty, repair fees are usually free. However, shipping fees are to be borne by Customers.
- Warranty Repairs Procedure:
- Customer to physically drop off machine for assessment with Staff at ATS (SG).
- Machine to be sent back to manufacturing company for repairs.
- After the machine is returned to us, Customer would have to come back to ATS (SG) to make payment for shipping fees and collect the machine.
- If the machine is no longer under warranty, repair fees and shipping fees are to be borne by Customers.
- Non-warranty Repairs Procedure:
- Customer to physically drop off machine for assessment with Staff at ATS (SG).
- Machine to be sent back to manufacturing company for assessment.
- Manufacturing company will advise Us on cost of repairs.
- We will advise Customer on cost of repairs.
- Should Customer decide to repair the machine, Customer would have to make payment for it first. Should Customer decide not to repair the machine, the machine would be returned to Us.
- After the machine is returned to us, Customer would have to come back to ATS (SG) to make payment for shipping fees and collect the machine.
