How long does approval take? +
We review all applications within 1 business day. Most applicants receive a response the same day via WhatsApp.
Do prices include GST? +
No. All listed prices exclude Singapore GST (9%). Singapore-based wholesale customers will have 9% GST added at checkout. International wholesale orders are not subject to Singapore GST.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
Wholesale pricing is based on monthly spend. Silver needs SGD $300/mo, Gold SGD $800/mo, and Platinum SGD $2,000/mo. Individual orders have no strict minimum.
Can I mix brands and product types? +
Yes — your wholesale discount applies across all brands and product categories. Mix and match inks, machines, needles, and accessories freely.
How do I place wholesale orders once approved? +
Once approved, your trade prices are automatically applied at checkout. Gold and Platinum members can also order directly via WhatsApp through their account manager.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes — we regularly ship wholesale orders across Southeast Asia and internationally via DHL, FedEx, and local carriers. Gold and Platinum members receive preferential shipping rates.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer, PayNow (Singapore), and major credit/debit cards. Gold and Platinum members may be eligible for invoice-based payment terms.
Can I upgrade my membership tier? +
Yes — tiers are reviewed monthly based on your actual spend. If you consistently meet a higher tier threshold, we’ll proactively upgrade you.
